It's very important to be aware of your own needs and to try
and take care of yourself. You can do this in small ways every day,
maybe by getting enough sleep or by making sure you find time to relax.
Your friends are probably looking out for you, and are there for you if
you need them. Don't feel like you have to be tough. Everyone goes through
problems, and it's good to learn about the things you can do to make your
own life a little easier.
And remember: Some problems (yours or someone else's!) will be
too much for you and your friends to handle alone. If you feel overwhelmed
by a situation, you should talk to somebody about it—a parent or
guardian, a teacher, a health care professional, or someone else
you trust. You'll find that people care about you and want to help
you take care of yourself.
